In our mountain paradise, outdoor activities abound and vacationers can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, fishing, canoeing, golfing, snow skiing or just relaxing in the gentle flow of the Tye River that runs in front of the chalet and swim in the only Tye River swimming hole which adjoins the property. Three miles away is the Appalachian Trail and the well-known "Swinging Bridge". Wintergreen Ski Resort, Sherando Lakes National Park and some of Virginias' finest wineries are within a 15 minute drive.
