2 BR WINDSOR HILLS 202
Ahh yes, Unit 202. I Love 202!! This unit is owned by our longtime friends Mark and Annette Saylor. We met them 20 years ago when our son Daniel and their son Ben were in Pre-School. Annette called Patti up one day saying "All Ben talks about is Daniel, can we get them together for a playday?" ever since then, we have been close to the Saylors. The boys are still close even though they are both grown ups! In 2010, Mark and Annette had watched as Patti and I had grown our portfolio of properties through the years. We knew they wanted a unit at Windsor Hills. By this time, we already owned unit 302 and 402 directly above a unit that came up for sale, this unit, number 202. They of course jumped on it and now in our group we own three units on top of each other, it's pretty cool. 202 is all new furnished, and has carpet in the Living Room and throughout. Plus a KING bed in the master bedroom! Patti helped Annette with the decorating, and we also installed all HUGE Flat screen TV's, DVD players, and Ihome docking stations. We also installed KEYLESS ENTRY. You will LOVE 202! -Dave
