This is a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood.
The owner (Working professional in his late 30's) lives on the property
as well (separate home) and we ask you refrain from hosting parties or playing loud
music. No smoking inside, there is a cigarette receptacle in the
courtyard. Pets considered on a case by case basis. If you would like to
bring a pet, please email me to discuss before making a reservation.
1 night rentals are fine mid-week, and will also consider them on weekends if the reservation date is less than 7 days away.
The City of Austin and State of Texas require a hotel tax of 15%, which I have already included in the nightly price.
Rentals over 30 days are exempt from this tax. Discount for multiple week or month stays. Long term renters welcome!
