Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of 7 nights required during standard rental dates.

All currencies are shown in USD.

Rental Policies and Conditions:

Security/Damage Deposit and Cancellation Policy All that is needed to confirm your reservation is a $300 deposit or 20% which ever is greater.

Visa and MasterCard are accepted for deposit.

The balance due is payable by check 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 60 days if greater than a 4 week reservation.

We will ask for a damage/extra cleaning agreement to be signed on arrival in lieu of a damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice of less than ninety (90) days, the deposit will only be returned if we are able to re-rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.

Cancellations less than 90 days the rental fee will be forfeited unless we can rent the condo for the full term of your reservation at the same rate.

Please note: There is a $50.00 administration fee for cancellation when deposit is refunded.

Additional Information There is a $35 non-refundable booking fee and 11% sales tax
