    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It would be nice for the boat slip to be available, but thankfully we had no problem finding an empty spot at end of pier to dock our boat.

The great room has a large flat screen TV

A Dining Table accommodates 6 with additional seating for 3 at the bar height counter.  

The balcony offers a beautiful view of the lake and pool with dining and seating areas.  

Master bedroom with a smaller flat screen TV; the queen bedroom has a Roku TV and the loft has a DVD player.  


Master bedroom:  King bed, jetted tub, walk in shower

Guest bedroom 1:  Walk-in level, Queen bed and private door to guest bathroom

Guest bathroom 1: Walk-in level, large walk-in shower

Rental Policies and Conditions

Payments Accepted: Credit Cards, Personal Checks.

- Must be 25 or older to book. 

- Contact agent for questions about rentals for less than 6 nights

- Guest must not exceed 8 at any time

Surcharges are applied to All Holiday Rentals and Auburn Home Football games

To keep our home beautiful for your enjoyment, a cleaning fee of $155.00 is charged per reservation; which also includes one set of linens and towels.   

There will be a $300 hold, as a damage deposit, placed on your card prior to check in. 

A  4% Rental Tax Rate and a 4% Booking Fee will be applied to reservation.
