This privately owned spacious Lake Martin home located near Wind Creek State Park has a beautiful flat lawn and super easy walk to the water! This one has lots of outdoor options. Enjoy the large patio at the house or enjoy sunning on the patio at the water. There is also a large roomy pier to fish from and still have plenty of room for the boat. Indoors offers a large open living room and a large open dining room with extra seating.  There are 4 bedrooms and two baths.  2 Bedrooms and a bath on main and two bedrooms and a bath on upper.

This property is located near the north end of the lake very convenient to multiple marinas and Wind Creek State Park which has a zip line, and putt putt golf.  Community boat launch just down the street! Great bird watching in this area! Bald Eagles and Osprey are common.   Great area to kayak!
